Maryland Lt. Governor Boyd Rutherford spent time in Garrett County and Allegany counties this week, checking three parks off his “State Park Bucket List,” which is his plan to visit all 75 Maryland state parks by the end of his term. His Wednesday began with a visit to Big Run State Park in Swanton; followed by a ribbon cutting and grand opening of Maryland’s newest state park: Wolf Den Run State Park in Kitzmiller. His day wrapped with a stop by Dans Mountain State Park in Lonaconing. The Lt.
