On Saturday, Cumberland City Police served a Fugitive Warrant on Donald Dolan, age 61 of LaVale, MD. The Warrant was stemmed from a parole violation in Texas. Dolan was served with the Warrant and taken to District Court for his Initial Appearance. Following his hearing he was remanded to the Allegany County Detention center without bond.
