On 11/23/2014 at approximately 1145 hrs Troopers from the Maryland State Police Cumberland Barracks responded to McMullen Highway at Warrior Drive in reference to a motor vehicle collision.  Investigation revealed that a 16 year old juvenile was riding a bicycle on McMullen Hwy N/B, and attempted to cross all lanes of traffic to enter Warrior Drive.  The juvenile failed to yield right of way to traffic traveling on McMullen Hwy.  A vehicle that was traveling S/B on McMullen Highway struck the bicyclist as it attempted to cross the roadway.  The juvenile was transported to WMRMC with non life threatening injuries by Cresaptown EMS.
