Opening his regular COVID-19 briefing with reports of a new record for the number of cases recorded in a single day- and five more deaths- West Virginia Governor Jim Justice appeared exasperated at times as he urged citizens to follow all of the CDC safety protocols. One of the more aggressive states in reopening its economy- many of the numbers have been trending in the wrong direction in recent weeks. Justice said it is simply irresponsible for residents not to be wearing masks and practicing social distancing at this stage of the pandemic…

That would tell any normal right thinking individual that the aggressive reopening is not working.
Stop doing it.
Don’t just lock down bars in Morgantown, shut it all down.
