Interviews for the next Frostburg City Administrator begin in earnest this week as the search committee is meeting with candidates tonight in closed session. Longtime City Administrator John Kirby is retiring June 30. Mayor Roger Flanigan, Finance Commissioner Donny Carter and City Attorney Michael Cohen are heading up the ten member search committee which will review and rank applications and will conduct a second round of finalist interviews later this month.
