6:00 PM UDPATE: Westbound lanes have been reopened after having debris from the crash removed.
INITIAL REPORT: According to Emergency Management, Interstate 68 on Haystack Mountain, east bound is shut down at this time (approximately 4:15pm) due to a tractor trailer crash. This is the area of exit 42.
Motorists are being asked to use caution in the area.

Until they slow these trucks coming down from Frostburg, and enforce it with heavy fines! This will keep happening.
