Maryland and West Virginia area among the states that have been hardest hit hard by the opioid crisis- and in spite of record amounts of funding thrown at the problem- unfortunately the numbers aren’t improving. In Maryland, Governor Larry Hogan established a task force to study the issue just one month after taking office back in 2015.
