On Saturday morning at approximately 4:07 Troopers along with Washington County Deputies, local Fire and EMS companies, responded to Jefferson Boulevard (Rt 64) East of Indian Lane for a motor vehicle collision
The initial investigation revealed that 48 year old Sherry Lee Ramsburg of Hagerstown, MD was driving her 1991 GMC 1500 pickup truck Eastbound on Jefferson Boulevard when for unknown reasons she crossed the Westbound lane and traveled off the south side of the roadway. After leaving the roadway, the vehicle struck a bridge wall and continued forward striking a utility pole guide wire which caused the vehicle to overturn.
