Cumberland Mayor Brian Grim has called for an emergency meeting with railroad representatives after a CSX freight train slammed into the Fayette and Washington Street bridges on the city's West Side Thursday morning. I sure Grim wants to apologize to CSX for “our” bridges being too low & for CSX to send us the bill. Gutless POS.
