In his third State of the State address, Maryland Governor Larry Hogan highlighted education, business, infrastructure. health, criminal justice and environmental issues. As he began the 30-minute address, he highlighted his proposed budget's record funding for education, fully funding legislative formulas and putting millions into tuition relief for Maryland's state universities and college. Hogan highlighted job growth in Maryland, and the state's 4.2 percent unemployment rate.
