Maryland’s Governor-elect Larry Hogan is spending his weekend in western Maryland with stops in Garrett and Allegany counties. Hogan, a republican who pulled a major upset when he defeated Lt Governor Anthony Brown, had pledged to visit every county in the state to thank them for their support. On Saturday (today) Hogan will be at the WISP and on Sunday morning beginning at 11 am the governor-elect will visit the Allegany County Museum in downtown Cumberland. The public is invited to attend both events.
