Maryland's average price for regular gasoline, along with the Baltimore, and Frederick Metros, is four cents away from the $3.00 per gallon mark, while the Maryland suburbs of Washington, D.C. today surpassed that benchmark. In Cumberland the increase was not as dramatic, up just two cents over last week at $2.96
