Pump prices around Cumberland remained fairly steady in the past week- but they are still hovering around $3.50 a gallon. That's the highest it's been since late last summer. Analyst Gregg Laskowski of marylandgasprices.com thinks there's one main reason for the sudden jump. Laskowski says as the summer blends get mixed now at refineries the more expensive ethanol is pushing up the price at the pump. He said are expected to rise significantly by May….
