Today’s national average price for regular unleaded gasoline is $2.34 per gallon, which is two cents less than one week ago and six cents lower than one month ago, but 13 cents more than the same date last year. Maryland’s average cost is $2.31 per gallon, reflecting a four cents drop from last week and a 10 cents drop compared to last month. In Cumberland the price remains steady at $2.42, having seen no change in the past month.
