According to AAA, gas prices continued their decline this week, settling nationally at an average price of $3.43 per gallon- down 33 cents from October. In the state of Maryland, the average price sits at $3.42 per gallon, down from $3.69 in October. Locally, the average price is $3.67 per gallon.
