Charles William Haines, 88, of Deer Park has been reported missing. Last seen around the Deer Park area, Charles is described as being a white male approx 6' tall and 160 lbs. Charles is possibly operating at 2007 dark red Chrysler Sebring Maryland registration 404BCB. Charles was last seen around 9 AM Monday.  

A source in Garrett County Communications says that his credit card was used in Winchester at around 3:30 this morning.  If you have crossed paths with Mr. Haines, or have any information about his whereabouts, pease call 301-334-4444.
