Frostburg State University is continuing to work to expand its offerings in the field of health sciences- and a longtime goal of constructing a new Education and Health Sciences building on campus is inching closer to reality. State Senator George Edwards, a member of the Budget and Taxation’s Capital Budget subcommittee says he was able to convince committee members to include the FSU project in the state’s Capital Improvement Plan for planning and design. Edwards says it was during the final days of the recently completed General Assembly session that he successfully argued in support of $2.5 million from the state to move forward with planning the FSU Education and Health Care Services building…
