Fun on Frostburg’s downtown returns with the annual Block Party on Wednesday, Sept. 4, from 6 to 10 p.m. on Main Street and at City Place. The event will be filled with music, entertainment, food, games and more.
The event is sponsored by Frostburg State University Student Activities and the City of Frostburg Parks and Recreation Department as a way to bring together the campus and city communities and familiarize FSU’s students with the businesses and organizations in Frostburg. FSU student organizations, including fraternities and sororities, will have information stations as well.
Braver souls will once again be invited to challenge their pain receptors with the 11th annual Hot Pepper-Eating Contest to be held at 8 p.m. at the City Place parking lot stage.
