A Frostburg man has been indicted by a Preston County grand jury on three felony counts, according to court documents. The Cumberland Times News reports Jared Henson, 40, was charged with two counts of grand larceny by embezzlement and one count of falsifying accounts in the indictment returned Oct. 18.
The charges stemmed from alleged offenses that occurred from 2009 until June 2013 while Henson was employed as the president of the American Federation of Government Employees, Local 420, at Bruceton Mills, according to the indictment.
