Four Busted For Tearing Apart Holiday Decorations In Frostburg

On Sunday, November 26, 2017, at 1:45 a.m., the Frostburg City Police Department received a report that four male subjects were tearing apart holiday decorations in the Main Street business district. Officers arrived and spoke with the witness, who pointed out the male subjects. They were identified as follows: Aaron Douglas Rodeheaver, 19, of Accident; Christopher Gk Parandhamai, 19, of Accident; Clark Donald Morin, 19, of Accident; and Ryan Joseph Gallucci, 19, of McHenry. Police attempted to detain the four suspects. Rodeheaver and Parandhamai complied with police orders to stop; however, Morin and Gallucci fled on foot. Morin turned himself in shortly after and Gallucci was located a short distance away by a Frostburg State University Police officer. Upon examining the Main Street area, police found that holiday decorations had been torn out of a planter on a light pole on East Main Street and strewn about the sidewalk nearby. Additional decorative material was found further west on Main Street. All four were found to have been drinking alcoholic beverages while under age 21, and each possessed a false driver’s license. Police placed all four suspects under arrest. They were charged as follows: Rodheaver and Parandhamai were each issued criminal charges for disorderly conduct and malicious destruction of property less than $1,000. They were each issued civil citations for underage possession of alcohol and false documentation. Morin and Gallucci were each issued criminal charges for disorderly conduct, malicious destruction of property less than $1,000, and failure to obey a lawful order of a police officer. They were each issued civil citations for underage possession of alcohol and false documentation. All four were arrested, processed, issued citations, and released pending trial.
