Saturday morning, shortly before 11:20, a student residing in Annapolis Hall, a residence hall at Frostburg State University, reported that when he started to open his door, an unknown male pushed open the door, shoved the resident out of the way, and stole a pair of his shoes. The suspect – reported to be a black male wearing a dark-colored bandana over his mouth and nose, a dark hoodie, jogging pants and gray-blue shoes – then ran from the scene.
Exterior doors to Annapolis Hall are kept locked at all times.
