Allegany County Board of Education member Wayne Foote said he hasn’t yet decided if he will seek a second term- but he appears to be leaning in that direction. In a wide ranging interview on WCBC’s “Dave Norman Show” Thursday, Foote addressed topics ranging from teacher morale to the school board’s current leadership.
