18 fire companies from Allegany, Garrett and Mineral Counties were summoned to a working house fire on Potomac Hollow Road in Barton Saturday evening.

Allegany County 911 tells us the call came in at 8:23 and units spent about three and a half hours on the scene.

There were no injuries, and the Maryland Fire Marshal's office is investigating.
