The deadline for candidates to file for the February Primary to fill the late U.S. Rep. Elijah Cummings' seat is just five days away. WBA: reports Friday morning one of the candidates, who had announced his bid right after the congressman's funeral last month, filed the paperwork and is officially on the ballot.
