More stores, like Wal-Mart, will be opened during the Thanksgiving day holiday this year to bring in more sales- and the policy isn’t sitting well with employees. Many employees are angry that they will have to work during the holiday. Consequently, many have started grassroots campaigns in an effort to organize employee walk-outs at retail stores across the country. Employee and Labor Relations Expert Jason Greer told WBAL that he believes the likelihood of some type of employee protest is high in Maryland.
