WCBC News has learned a vehicle that traveled inside the fence at Cumberland Petroleum following a vehicle accident Wednesday morning hit unused tanks. The accident  did not cause a propane leak. Two vehicles were involved in the accident, which was reported around 11 a.m. near the intersection of Virginia Avenue and Potomac Street. No injuries were reported. Cumberland police and fire department responded.
