In the past three weeks the downtown mall in Cumberland has seen an increase in foot traffic as outdoor dining, followed by limited indoor dining were permitted for the first time since March. The reopening, particularly with the restaurant industry, comes with a strict list of COVID-19 guidelines including the wearing of masks by employees and by customers when they enter the dining area.
