The Cumberland Economic Development Corporation announced Tuesday that PennTex Ventures has been engaged to pursue the development of a targeted section of the Rolling Mill area of Cumberland. Shawn Hershberger, executive director of the CEDC, tells WCBC News that the Greensburg, Pennsylvania based company brings expertise and a track record of quality development projects in this and surrounding regions. Most notable is PennTex’s recent development of Winchester Court in LaVale.
