It’s becoming clear that many democrats plan to tie any republican running for office in 2018 to President Donald Trump- even if that republican hasn’t been a major booster of the president. In Maryland, Republican Governor Larry Hogan failed to endorse or campaign for Trump last year- and has publicly spoken out against the president on several key issues.
