DelFest business representative Stan Strictland discussing the possibility of contract talks with Allegany County falling apart. The two sides have been working to finalize a five year contract since late last year- but just recently a number of snags appear to have derailed that effort and both sides are now looking at a one year arrangement. Strictland placed the blame on Commissioners Jake Shade and Creade Brodie Jr. as well as county administrator David Eberly.
