WCBC has selected District 1B Delegate Elect Jason Buckel as its “Person of the Year” for 2014. Buckel started the year as a decided underdog to longtime incumbent Kevin Kelly, but gained momentum in a year where Republicans made major strides nationally and in Maryland.
