Congressman John Delaney cruised to victory in the Maryland Democratic primary race on Tuesday. The incumbent from Montgomery County, who’s seeking a third term, carried more than 85 percent of the vote in defeating challenger Tony Puca of Potomac. Delaney says during his two terms in Congress he has learned that compromise and bi-partisanship can go much further in getting things done as opposed to drawing political battle lines…
