On August 26, 2019 Cumberland City Police served a criminal summons on Christina Ann Timney, age 41 of Cumberland, Maryland.  The summons was issued after a private citizen filed an application for charges against Timney alleging she used his information to open up several accounts in his name.  Timney was served with the summons and released pending a trial date in District Court.

Charge: Fraudulent Identity Information Theft.
