On Sunday, May 19th, 2019 the Cumberland City Police arrested Gregory Allen Lincoln Sr, age 53, of Cumberland MD. Lincoln was arrested on two separate outstanding arrest warrants, issued in November and December of 2018. The warrants were in reference to incidents where Lincoln failed to adhere to his conditions of supervision as a registered sex offender. Lincoln was taken before the District Court Commissioner where he was held without bail.

***Bench Warrant Served***

On Sunday, May 19th, 2019 the Cumberland City Police arrested Matthew Allen Ford, age 33, of Cumberland MD. Ford was arrested on an outstanding bench warrant for violating conditions of probation previously ordered by the court. Ford was taken before the District Court Commissioner where he was held on $500 bond.
