On Monday, February 19th, 2018 the Cumberland City Police responded to a Fayette Street address for the report of a fight in progress. When officers arrived, one individuals involved was identified as Anthony Clayton Talbert. Residents had called the police because they wanted Talbert removed from the residence and wouldn’t leave. He was told to leave the property by officers but he continued to cause problems and remained on the property so he was arrested. Talbert was transported to the Cumberland City Police Station where he was issued criminal citations for trespassing and disturbing the peace and released pending trial.
Anthony Clayton Talbert, age; 37, Cumberland, Maryland.
Charges: Trespassing private property, and disturbing the peace.
Cited and released.
Trespassing Arrest
On Monday, February 19th, 2018 the Cumberland City Police responded to the Sheetz on Greene Street for a female refusing to leave the property when asked to do so by store employees. When officers arrived, they located the female and when questioned by police, she refused to identify herself to officers. She was arrested for trespassing and when transported to the Cumberland City Police Station for processing, she was identified as Misty Ann Ours of Cumberland, Maryland. Ours was issued a criminal citation for trespassing and told not to return to Sheetz property.
