On Tuesday, October 3rd, 2017 the Cumberland City Police received a complaint of a subject causing a disturbance at a residence on Boone Street. When officers arrived, they learned from the caller that Jason Mark Garlitz had allegedly trespassed on his property and walked into his house uninvited. Garliz fled the area once learning the police had been called. Officers located Garlitz a short time later and he was placed under arrest. He was taken to the Cumberland City Police and then to the District Court Commissioner’s Office and he was released on his own personal recognizance pending trial.
Jason Mark Garliz, age: 25, Cumberland, Maryland.
Charges: Burglary 4th, trespassing posted property, and disorderly conduct.

Disorderly Arrest
On Tuesday, October 3rd, the Cumberland City Police responded area of McDonald’s on Queen City Drive for a disturbance complaint. When officers arrived, they made contact with Timothy Adam Spiker who according to witnesses was responsible for the disturbance. Spiker was told to leave the area and not to cause anymore problems or he would be arrested. Approximately 40 minutes later, Spiker was reported to be back at McDonald’s causing more problems. Officers again responded to the area and Spiker was located and placed under arrest. He was later taken before the District Court Commissioner and remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center held on a $500 bond.

Charges: Disturbing the peace, fail to obey a lawful order, and disorderly conduct.
