On March 30^th, 2017 officers from the Cumberland Police Department responded to a business on Queen City Drive for an intoxicated subject that was causing a disturbance.  Upon arrival, officers contacted Eastern Star Day, age 34, of Cumberland, MD.  Officers instructed Day to stop causing a disturbance and to leave the area.  Day refused to leave the business and continued to yell, disturbing the peace of others in the area. After several warnings, Day was placed under arrest.  He was issued a Criminal Citation for disturbing the peace and released.
