On November 10th, 2019, the Cumberland Police Department responded to a residence in the 300 block of Grand Ave for the report of a breaking and entering. The caller had stated there were subjects in the home and he was in fear for his life. When officers arrived on scene, contact was made with a subject who was located in the rear of the caller’s property. Officers contacted the individual and identified him as Antonio Fagen Jr , 32, of Cumberland MD. During the investigation, Officers discovered Fagen to be in possession of a loaded handgun. As a result, Fagen was placed under arrest and charged with Loaded handgun on person, Firearm-Possession with felony conviction, regulated Firearm-Illegal possession and Illegal possession of ammunition. He was taken before the District Court Commissioner and remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center. He is currently being held without bond.
