On Wednesday, June 1^st, 2016 the Cumberland City Police Department responded to the Constitution Park Pool for a destruction of property complaint.  When officers arrived, they spoke with witnesses who told officers that an individual, identified as Tyler Scott Poole, had been causing a disturbance before officers arrived and he also allegedly used a knife to cut the tire of a vehicle.   Officers did observed damage to a tire that appeared to have been cut by a knife.  Poole was located in the area by officers a short time later and placed under arrest.  He was released after receiving citations for disorderly conduct and destruction of property.
