The Cumberland Mayor and City Council will hold two meetings on Friday, August 26, 2016.

Beginning at 8:00 a.m., the Mayor and Council will hold a special public meeting to consider the approval of a Temporary Right of Entry Agreement with CSXT.

Immediately following that meeting, at approximately 8:10 a.m., the Mayor and Council will convene into closed session to consult with the city solicitor regarding a legal matter.  Authority to close this meeting is provided by the Annotated Code of Maryland, State Government Article, Section 10-508 (a) (7).
