On Wednesday, December 20th, 2018 a criminal summons was served on Tyler Edmon Pinkney of Cumberland MD. The summons was in reference to an incident that occurred on May 10th, 2018. In this incident it is alleged that Pinkney and a juvenile victim were involved in a verbal argument while the juvenile was walking to school. The argument was then said to turn physical, and it is alleged that Pinkney then assaulted the juvenile. Pinkney was charged with one count of second degree assault.

On Wednesday, December 20th, 2018 a criminal summons was served on both William Lee Wratchford Sr, and William Lee Wratchford Jr, both of Cumberland MD. The summons was in reference to an incident on December 18th, 2018. During this incident, it is alleged that multiple subjects were involved in an altercation at a Seymour St. residence while trying to obtain personal belongings there. During the altercation, multiple victims were assaulted inside the home. As a result of the investigation, Cumberland Officers filed charges on 3 subjects involved in the incident. Both Wratchford subjects were charged with two counts of second degree assault.
