On Tuesday, November 19th, 2019 the Cumberland Police Department served an arrest warrant on Jaden Tyrone Jessie. The warrant was issued by Circuit Court when he failed to appear for trial on November 11th, 2019 for a possession of CDS charge. When Jessie was taken into custody on the warrant, he was found to be in possession of quantity of Suboxone. He was charged with CDS possession of Suboxone and taken to the Allegany County Detention Center to await a bond review before the District Court Commissioner. Jessie was held without bond on the Circuit Court warrant.

On Tuesday, November 20th, 2019 the Cumberland Police Department served two Circuit Court warrant on William M. Winner Jr. The warrant were issued by Circuit Court when Winner failed to appear for a child support hearing on November 6th, 2019. He was taken to the Allegany County Detention to await a bond review before the District Court Commissioner.

On June 3, 2018 the Cumberland Police served a District Court Arrest Warrant on Mark Dwayne Moreland II. The warrant charges Moreland with Theft Less than $100 for an incident that occurred on June 13, 2016. The charges were filed by a private business in LaVale, MD. Moreland was taken before a District Court Commissioner for a bond hearing where he was released on his personal recognizance pending trial in District Court.

Warrant Arrest
On June 4, 2018 the Cumberland Police served an Arrest Warrant on Bruce Lee Ruth III. The warrant charges Ruth with Armed Robbery, Dangerous Weapon with Intent to Injure, 1st Degree Assault, 2nd Degree Assault, two counts of Firearm Use in a Felony-Violent Crime, and Theft $100 to under $1500. The charges stem from an incident that occurred on May 30, 2018 at approximately 11:23 PM on Emily Street. In that incident a juvenile male reported he was walking in the area of Emily Street when he was assaulted by several people. During the assault the victim was struck in the head with a handgun causing injury that required medical treatment. During investigation of the incident several suspects were identified, including Ruth. Three other suspects were previously arrested in the incident, including two juveniles that were charged as adults and one other adult. Ruth is currently awaiting a bond hearing with the District Court Commissioner.

On June 4, 2018 the Cumberland Police Department served a Baltimore County warrant on Keith David Mashburn. The warrant charges Mashburn with 2nd Degree Assault for an incident that occurred in Baltimore County. Mashburn was taken before a District Court Commissioner where he was released on his personal recognizance pending trial in District Court. No further details were available about the incident in Baltimore County.
