On Thursday, October 17th, 2019 the Cumberland Police Department served 3 bench warrants on Angelo Bernard Carlton Jr. The warrants were issued by both Circuit and District Court for failing to appear for trials back on September 5th, and 24th, 2019. He was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center until he can be seen by a Circuit Court Judge.
Angelo Bernard Carlton Jr, age; 31, Cumberland, Maryland.
Charges included; CDS possession not marihuana, trespassing, fail to obey a lawful order, disorderly conduct, and disturbing the peace.

On Wednesday, February 21, 2018, the Cumberland Police Department served two bench warrants on Catherine Wolfe. The warrants stemmed from Wolfe failing to appear for her court cases. Wolfe was arrested and taken before the District Court Commissioner where she was released on her personal recognizance.

BENCH WARRANT SERVED
On Wednesday, February 21, 2018, the Cumberland Police Department served a bench warrant on Charles Butler. The warrant was issued as a result of Butler violating the conditions of his probation. Butler was arrested and taken before the District Court Commissioner where he was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center on a $500 bond.
