On May 21, 2017, the Cumberland Police arrested Shaniqua Loretta Wiley, age 26, of Cumberland, MD.  Wiley had an active arrest warrant for failing to appear for a court date earlier in the month.  Wiley was arrested and taken for a bond hearing. She is currently being held without bond at the Allegany County Detention Center.

Violation of Protective Order

On May 21, 2017, a criminal summons was served on Emily Mitchell by the Cumberland Police.  Mitchell, age 29 of Cumberland MD, was charged with Violating a Protective Order from an incident that occurred on May 19^th.  After receiving the summons, Mitchell was released pending trial.
