On 10/18/2018 at approximately 3:00 PM the Cumberland City Police were dispatched to the area of Baltimore Street and George Street for a male subject creating a disturbance. The officers were provided a description of the suspect and were familiar with him from a previous incident. Officer located Daquan Lamel Donaldson and arrested him without issue. Mr. Donaldson was also found to be wanted from an incident which occurred on 10/17/2018. At approximately 12:30 PM officers were dispatched to a business in the 200 block of Greene Street for an assault. Mr. Donaldson was alleged to have punched a male subject in the face. Mr. Donaldson was taken before a District Court Commissioner for an initial hearing and held on a temporary commitment.

At approximately 1735 hours officers from the Cumberland Police Department were dispatched to a Queen City Pavement business for a disturbance. Officers arrived they contacted the complaint and discovered that William Joseph Dibuono was creating a disturbance which was disrupting other patrons. Officers spoke Dibuono but he continued to yell and cause problems. Officers made several attempts but Dibuono failed to comply and was taken into custody, and later transported to Police Headquarters for processing. Dibuono was later released from custody pending trial in District Court.

Quite a busy one in our Grim community; two known misbehaviors this month, at least a failure to appear last month, pushing someone through a plate glass window two months earlier and robbing and assaulting the month before that. We might be needing a bigger comment box here.
