Cumberland city police arrested a married couple Saturday following an investigation into a reported burglary in July at a Paca Street residence.  Arrested were 30 year old Michelle Cook and 30 year old Robert W. Cook.  Each was charged with 1^st and 4^th degree burglary, theft between $1,000 and $10,000, and conspiracy to commit theft.
