County Anticipates Big Losses in Income Tax Revenue

      Perhaps the windfall in tax revenue from the Rolling Mill project in addition to all the new businesses that will be popping up downtown due to the renovations and new boutique hotel will make up for the shortfall. The economy will be ‘rockin’ by July.
