The Cumberland City Police served an Arrest Warrant on Rhonda Blubaugh, age 39, Lonaconing, Saturday.
The Arrest Warrant stems from a citizen applying for charges through District Court. Blubaugh was charged with three counts of Theft Scheme: $1,000-$10,000, and two counts of Obtaining Property of Vulnerable Adult $1,000-$10,000.
Blubaugh was taken to District Court for her Initial Appearance and held $7,500 Bond.
