On Saturday evening, at approximately 10:00 PM, Cumberland Police responded to a business on Queen City Drive for a trespassing complaint.

Police learned Anthony Edward Horn, Jr. had previously been served with a no trespassing letter for the property and had been in the business.  Police located Horn still on the property in the parking lot. He was arrested and issued a criminal citation for trespassing. 

He was released pending trial in District Court.
