On October 15, 2019, the Cumberland Police Department served a Criminal Summons on 36 year old Amber Dawn Clair of Cumberland, MD. The charges stemmed from a victim filing charges on Clair for the alleged theft of a dog. Clair was served with the Criminal Summons and released pending her appearance in District Court.

Charges: Theft $100 to under $1500 and Conspiracy to commit theft $100 to under $1500
Arrest Warrant Served
On October 15, 2019, the Cumberland Police Department served an Arrest Warrant on 26 year old Susan Elizabeth Davis of Cumberland, MD. The Arrest Warrant stemmed from Davis failing to appear in District Court on an initial charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended driver’s license. Davis was taken before the District Court Commissioner and remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center. Davis was held on a $2000.00 bond.

Parole Retake Warrant Served
On October 15, 2019, the Cumberland Police Department served a Parole Retake Warrant on 53 year old Frederick Harry Willis Jr. of Mount Savage, MD. The Parole Retake Warrant stemmed from Willis failing to comply with his conditions of release. Willis was served with the Parole Retake Warrant and transported to Western Correctional Institute where he is held without bond.
